  5. Caroline, thank you! This is the second video I have seen of yours and I really love them! I am 45 and Type 2 diabetic. I am not that overweight but I have the weight in the worst place, the gut! I also have tennis elbow and torn meniscus in my knee. So these videos are really helpful. Thank you!
