Sleeping at the correct time during night helps loose weight coz when the body rests while sleeping reactions occurs in the body and break down the heavy items that are in taken and after having a gud tyt sleep we could feel a lyt feel in the body and also a gud energy without feeling lazy. Avoid sleeping during day time or after meals too… take a lyt supper and if it gets too late while eating and it's time to bed walk a little inside the home or room and then get to sleep.
