  1. I am 9month pregnancy today my blood pressure is 130/90 it is safe????

  2. This blood pressure level solution “fetching komso site” (G00GLE it) does work. Some other products I`ve tried out only decreased the blood pressure for the meantime. I am happy I discovered this as it really works. My blood pressure level has been consistently running around 145/90. Under normal conditions, my Blood pressure is now 120/70.

  4. But 130 over 80 is not taking into account age, gender and metabolic state. Biology of males, for instance shows that no matter where on the planet, men tend to have about 5, and often 10 systolic higher than pre-menopausal women, This even shows up in hunter gatherer societies, Men have higher heart attack and stroke risks than women, their biology is slightly different having larger heart, vascular system, stature and body mass.

130/80 for a 25 year old man, is a little bit high, whereas 130 /80 for a 55 or 60 year old man is well controlled. 130 /80 for a 70 or 80 year old man is quite good.

The global average blood pressure for a man in his thirties, is 127/ 78 and for a woman, 122/74 for year 2015. These are about what the averages were 100 years ago, and these are acceptable averages, where a life expectancy between 70 and 80 years can be achieved. I think 135 or 140 over 85 or 90 would be the true warning sign. And the American Academy of Family physicians has rejected the new American Heart Association guidelines, where 130/80 is new hypertension stage 1 – instead, accepting the previous 140/90 threshold for hypertension, Citing potential conflict of interest between drug companies and the American Heart Association. This is rather telling. When the average American is suddenly branded a stage 1 hypertensive overnight, some reflection and grounds for discussion and open debate are warranted. Perhaps a compromise, like 135/85 would be more realistic for threshold for stage 1 hypertension. But even logging on to the heart . org AHA website, and putting in a classicly ideal "120/80" into the interactive calculator it spits out a result "HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
(HYPERTENSION) STAGE 1" which is rather misleading, as 120/80 is still a very good blood pressure. When what was once ideal, yesterday, becomes stage 1 of a disease/disorder tomorrow, that is concerning.

  5. Oh but swimming with 100 sharks is just freaking dandy because that means your blood pressure is normal…

    These nonsensical analogies are hilarious.
