I tried to find out if Mother Hubbard's squash is good for my mother, but everyone on the internet is saying something different, the ones who go by the doctor are saying no and the health naturalists that believe in drinking green tea and worship Buda well eating greens and doing the acupuncture, they say yes! How do I know which advice is the full of Boulogne advice? And how can I tell which advice comes from a real doctor? My computer teacher from my old collage class once said 70% of everything on the internet is a lye and a scam! Many Food scientists are very gelouse that they never passed their grades to become a doctor and so are trying to always put down the doctor, they want you to believe weird things like drinking apple cider vinegar will cure your acid reflux well my former doctor said that is like pouring gasoline on the fire!

All r healthy low calorie options and many of these provide a lot of other nutrients like vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants inaddition to fibre for a balanced diet. Diabetic diet is not equivalent to zero calorie diet, and the above mentioned foods r good, just take care to avoid excess of apple, avacado, berries etc which do have calories though lower than many other food options.
