  3. I have the mthfr genetic mutation. I take metholated vitamins.. Life Extention sells a supplement called homosteine resist….it has vitamin b12, b6, and b9 in it. They are in a methyolated form and some b2 also. I asked my doctor to check my homocysteine level and it was high….all these things are related. I hope this helps even one person….God bless.

  7. I got my blood zinc levels and they say I'm in the healthy range but I have the symptoms of a zinc deficiency, white spots on finger nails, poor sense of taste and smell, I did the drink test and couldn't taste anything.

I was suffering from anxiety from last 1 yr… But recently I started having depression..n change my doctor… thanks to my recent doctor who advised me to check vit b12 n d3.. n results was horrible though..my vit d3 was 8.. now I m under her treatment… She is helpful me out…n most importantly my depression was almost gone… thank u dr .   19. I've been taking all these vitamins for years and then developed colitis the result of which is depression and anxiety… Sounds like I do need to increase my vitamin C. I also take K2 along with my D3 which is important to direct calcium to the bones and teeth rather than build up as plaque in the arteries and stones as in kidneys etc. I've had coronary artery disease since I was 34 and never had a
    heart attack. I'm 73 now! I also cut out all high carbohydrates and eat plenty of healthy fats…. coconut oil, olive oil. (paleo diet) STAY AWAY FROM all the crappy oils that have been recommended for years such as canola and safflower.
