  10. Dr Mandell, I am yearning to know what your take on how to improve low blood pressure problem, because increasing blood pressure for those who has low blood pressure issues is more difficult than to lowering high blood pressure condition. 13. Excellent video. I can attest to acupressure points being effective. I’ve been using them and have gotten impressive result. One thing that makes doing them more powerful is breathing. Breathing deeply through the nose as deeply as you want to heal. I just shared a few points with a guy who was worried about flying. He said he felt like had just smoked some marijuana after doing them😀

  22. Hey Doc…I don't know about pressure points for lowering blood pressure, but I do know that practising regular meditation ( at least one a day, if not more) will regulate your heart rate and help to lower your blood pressure. I suggest meditating first thing in the morning when you get up and making it a habit – it sets you up for the day…Namaste people

  27. So kind of you doctor. Thank you so much.

  28. This is very helpful, as my BP does tend to fluctuate quite a bit and gets high, but it doesn't stay up there. I already exercise quite a bit, but not to a point that it becomes more of a stress than a benefit. I also eat healthily and avoid excessive salt intake, and I'm not considered overweight. It's very frustrating to have a high BP reading, because I don't know what else I could do. I want to avoid somebody trying to urge me to get on medication. I suspect it has a lot to do with the fact that my C1 and C2 vertebrae are pinched together and can cause a lot of symptoms that are part of the nervous system response – I can tell when things are more active inside than usual, because I get irritable and get a headache. Sometimes I feel nauseated too, how fun. It's good to know how to calm myself down when I get miserable and start yelling at the dripping kitchen faucet, or throwing things more than putting them down.

  29. Pressure point and relaxation techniques are incredible methods to help your overall health and Blood Pressure. Thank you!

  30. Can’t find books by you ????

  31. You are doctor mandell. You are awesome. Love from PAKISTAN

  32. Love the info, you’re the best!

  33. I look forward to using these.

I noticed that I intuitively rub the area between my eyes frequently–& I have PTSD, panic attacks, & several anxiety disorders.
I wonder if that is because of innate "body-knowing".

I tend to feel drawn to rubbing (sometimes very deeply & intensely) various points of my body to which I feel attracted to do so (sometimes with balls, so it can get deep ) & notice "releases" & energetic shifts.

I have been blessed to have had some myofascial release work done, & a period of acupressure.

    Good stuff! ✨

Anyway–thank you for some new tools! ❤

    God bless you. 💕

  34. What about super low blood pressure? Any ideas? Besides coffee & physical activity.

  35. Doctor please make a video for under eye hollows and tear trough
