When I was suffering with depression and anxiety, one of the things that helped with my recovery was introducing new habits.
When we’re depressed or anxious, we self sabotage with bad habits. But at the same time replacing them and doing what we know we ‘should do’ is hard.
But what habits helped me the most with fighting depression and dealing with anxiety?
In this video I share them with you, and also share my personal experiences.
The habits include journalling, mindfulness, exercise and even doing good deeds.
As with any habit, it’s all about consistency. So if you really want to deal with depression and anxiety it’s important to stay consistent with these daily habits.
