  2. I just loved this practice. It was refreshing to do a practice without any suyra b. And the twisted half moon was fun. It made me laugh. I especially embraced the mudra at the close. Very grounding. I would love it if you would use more of the mudras during the asanas. Was wondering why you don't teach any pranayama? Anyway, thank you so much. This was magical. 💗💗💗

Happy and so grateful for this practice with all the twists & one leg half moon twist .This definitely made me feel so energetic and calm into each poses.
