  1. Have you thought about starting a YouTube channel or giving public speaking a try? Tell us about it!

  2. Hello. I liked your video. Was very nice. And it kinda spoke to me because I am recently starting to make youtube videos and I do notice what you say. It does help with depression. Helps me to stay motivated and focused. I started to make videos because of a gaming addiction that was ruining my life. And I just wanted to speak about it. And from that day, I decided to make more videos. Today I released my second video about depression. It's more of a story of a character that I created than my own story. If you are curious check out my video: https://youtu.be/ELgtwQSAHME. Btw I subscribed to your channel and liked your video. I don't have still camera experience because I never made videos in front of a camera, so I probably should struggle when I begin to do it. But I am thinking a bit fair ahead. Good video, Dr. Chris.

  3. Your videos are also getting better

  4. i love this message. keep shining Dr. Chris!
