There will always be the odd, attention seeking nutcase around.Yes,research is constantly being done and our knowledge is constantly being revised.But the concensus is clear; keep the fats down in your diet esp. saturated fats.I just found out I have high blood pressure and cholesterol.I'm sure it's because my waistline went up by a couple of inches, indicating growth in that nasty visceral fat.Good news is, you can get it down again.I'm only 47, look pretty good and am a decent runner.Scary.
