  3. @MartinApayauq1997 There's also beans, tofu, temphe, lentils, and all veggies have protein. 49% of the cals in spinach are from protien.

    think about it… have you ever heard of someone with a protein deficiency? it's a myth that people just like to use against vegetarians and vegans.

  6. Gaganakaguru: include eggs and orange juice at breakfast. Snack on raw nuts and seeds. Include yams, sweet potatoes and plantains instead of potatoes in your diet. I'm not a nutritionist but I think this will help.

  7. hello, im not vegetarian but i have been thinking about meat vs vegetarian diets. can a nutritionist pls tell me whether plant nutrition is enough for humans? because i know that if humanity can increase its plant nutrition and decrease its dependence on meat, a chain of events culminating in reduced CO2 emissions will ensue. a vegetarian diet is good for the planet. the question is, is it good for us?

  8. This is ridicoulous. It seems like Rachel always ends up recomending supplements. You can´t explain this in 1 minute in a hurry like this. The proper way to take it is naturally and not mixing it with carbohidrates. Have you heard of the NATURAL HIGIENE way of eating?
