  18. I mix some bicarb soda with apple sauce, works fantastically and you cant even taste the difference =]

  19. soda is an other good substitute i tried it before. it comes out quiet moist

  20. I have tried baking with egg replacer (egg substitute powder) here in the U.S. Each time I have followed the instructions closely with horrible results. My cakes didn't rise at all.
