  3. I was diagnosed with GAD at either ages 3-6 ( I don't remember) it's hell. My health is on my mind 24/7. I'm so hyper aware of random pains I have and think I have a disease or I'm dying from organ failure or such. I'm also homeschooled because of it. I understand it's excessive, but it's debilitating sometimes. I have anxiety about everything (not just health). I have the symptoms of SAD and PD. My parents know I have social anxiety and chronic panic attacks, so I should probably go to a psychologist for a proper diagnosis. I'm turning 17 in two weeks and I need a job and get a license, but I can't. Anyways I'm too scared to take medication, my parents talk to me sometimes about it and I always refuse.

  5. Hello, I am between the ages of 10-15 and show signs of GAD. I've told a couple loved ones and they usually agree but I feel like it's better to get opinions from people who have (or had) or have studied GAD and don't know me.
    Please consider looking over this and commenting your opinion.
    My symptoms:
    -Feeling my mind has gone blank
    -Sleep problems
    -Always feeling judged by others even when alone
    -Avoiding situations that could result in embarssment
    -Worry of leaving my house and going into social situations
    -Constant fear that the worst could happen
    These are just a few. Please comment your honest opinion

  6. Does anyone experience paranoia episodes? Like, sometimes I'll just be doing normal things and instantly I'm just scared for no reason and feel the need to always be looking behind me even though I know nobody is there

  7. Excellent Video! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about – Franaar Over Anxiety Formula (do a google search)? It is a great exclusive guide for getting rid of anxiety minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker finally got amazing success with it.

  13. I still think about that "stressful presentation" for hours and even sometimes days after the anxiety inducing event. I think about all the potential mistakes I might have said. I think about what the people watching thought of me. I think about if I said the right or wrong thing and I overthink it all. Then I become excessively tired and depressed about it and I make mountains out of molehills..I know the presentation wasn't THAT big a deal compared to other things, but my anxiety tells me it is life or death if I don't perform well..it's such an awful feeling sometimes. Glad there are others out there too.

    Not gonna lie, the best feeling in the world is when someone with anxiety or GAD builds up enough courage and confidence to do something they didn't believe they ever could – like nail a presentation or ask someone out on a date..incredible haha

  14. Idk if I have this, but yesterday I had this convo w my colleague. Well it wasn't a convo cause she just talked to me n I just sat there feelings nervous and would rather just run from tht moment but couldn't. Then I think she was done w me n just left. I wanted to cry but was at work. I wanted to cause I thought she just gave up on me and hated me now and didn't want to do anything w me anymore. Ect. I felt that the whole day n thought about it all day. The next morning I got really nervous. And was sweating.   23. I don’t know my problem anxiety still unknown. I am worried all the time about seating places in meeetings and workplaces. This problem started majorly when I used to travel in buses a lot at college times. Anyone has this problem please lemme know how to get rid of this.

  24. Y’all I have a great solution to overcome this within a short amount of time. Eat right, don’t eat shit, sugar , fried foods, and terrible processed foods can increase it, including caffine and alcohol. Throw that coffee away! Do strength training, cardio, walk in nature, or just have a simple jog. Go out with friends a lot and be around family and laugh a lot . Talk to people. I would also recommend supplements such as, magnesium, l-thyrosine, rhodiola, 5-HTP. Do your research first before taking any supplements to see how it’ll affect you

  31. I was having bad anxiety tonight I was so scared. I have a burst appendix and I was hospitalized for 8 days I’ve been home for 2 weeks and told to lose some weight which is so hard for me they said I’m lucky I didn’t go into cardiac arrest. I have surgery coming up in a month and a half after my inflammation goes down and it’s been giving me horrible anxiety and chest pains it’s been such a hard time in my life 😔😢🥺😭

Then I was younger I was worry about drying some times not being able to go to sleep ( I am 13 now ) when I in the car I pull my seat beat when I think we going to crash and even tell them to slow down and sometimes I can’t go outside because I feel like something going to happen and I can’t go in front of the class and speak for the life of me after one time in music I threw up there days I didn’t go to school because I didn’t want to talk in front of the class
