HOW TO : COPE WITH DEPRESSION & ANXIETY



This video will show you how I cope with my depression and anxiety. I’ve been wanting to do a video like this for really long time but it was so difficult. I hope that some of the things I’ve mentioned in this video can help you like they help me. Just remember that anxiety will not win the battle.

  1. I can relate to all of that but idk if i really have depression and anxiety because i am too scared to reach for help. I talked about that to my girlfriend and it really helped me but i am still not able to see a doctor for a diagnosis 'cause i'm too afraid of the results

  7. Thisdepression treatment method “fetching kafon press” (Google it) is so straightforward, so easy, and so true. I now volunteer at a shelter and the delight I get from helping other folks. Before I read through it I sensed as if I was in an endless pit with no exit. I had been taking antidepressants for nearly 3 years and had shut myself away from the world..

I have depression and anxiety and I don't talk with people about it and I just help people but act like I'm fine and I cry all night don't go out side really ever and I do work out sometimes but I am always tired and I would go out side because it would help but then anxiety hits and I feel I'm being watched and I'm always told to die and all and made me try to do stuff that makes people mad and all I do art though but I still can't mange and I feel I'm weak for telling people and I feel that would be mad for me to talk and I know I can't do this is what I tell myself I fell like I'm always done with life and wanna die but I try to hide it.

Omg I feel you some people don't understand me they always do they say try life in order try do new routine day are night routine try walk help anxiety .deep breath everyday bubble bath help relax don't help do deep breathing try music .sun don't help anxiety sun make breathing heavy don't like it ok

Every day I hope that someone will see like this but when people do see me I force myself to say I'm ok, I've been wanting to talk to someone about this but I don't know who to talk to I don't want my parents to worry but I don't want to tell someone that's close to me because I scared that they won't look at me the same I scream at myself when I'm thinking about telling my sister even if she is one of the most helpful people around me, I have no idea what to say anyone wanna give some help, please?

  18. It's okay, since Tuesday after my bitrthday ive been having the same dream and it was very messed up. I'm just a kid too, it's so terrible, I s 2 in the morning and I can't sleep because I'm going to have the same messed up fucking dream! Can you help me in the comments

I had just been very depressed and I had a panic attack and I decided to open my Bible and it helped so much , I totally agree with the praying , lately I have been struggling so much more with my depression and I can get really suicidal and negative and I have been struggling with my anxiety and panic attacks for the last 6 months but praying calms me and I know that Jesus will always calm me down and pick me up when I am considering suicide or having a panic attack . God is my medication along with my boyfriend. I am totally gonna try the rain .
