    So Dr. Berg, if you eat one meal per day, is it okay to eat 170.grams of proteine per meal, to lose weight?!?! Or am i missing something? I'm referring to what you said at 2:17 , ( you should eat between 3 oz or 6 oz per meal)

  11. I ate no sugar for 4 days, my goal was 2 weeks (I gave up), did a prolonged fast of about 54 hours. The scale was saying I was 4-6lbs less, however after I had a chocolate bar, a bowl of cereal, a takeaway and ice cream, all that would have been in a calorie deficit, I am back to my start weight. I know I won’t have gained that much fat because of that blip, so was all the weight I lose water weight? Please help!! (Or even just like so the comment gets more attention pls x)

  13. I recently bought ginger in a jar without fully reading the label. A few days later I wanted some ginger tea but not only did it have fructose as an ingredient but salt as well. I was not a happy camper to say the least. I thought it was just crushed ginger, who knew!! I'll pay more attention next time..added sugar and salt, why?
