  3. I eat egg whites and egg beaters during the week and poached eggs on the weekend. 3 three regular eggs a week is safe for a high cholesterol diet. Other than lightly poached, cooking eggs any other way pretty much ruins the nutritional value in the egg

  9. You do not know what you are talking about. You might want to educate yourself more on the cholesterol in eggs, they actually help keep bad cholesterol down. Cholesterol is a result of high sugar diets, look it up

Then you listed meat, cheese, dairy, and eggs. I was drinking a GALLON of whole milk a week on top of probably a dozen eggs a week. I was really focused on gaining weight for a while and thought I was doing it healthy. Do you have some good alternatives to for replacing milk and eggs to help lower cholesterol?

  15. I eat three organic eggs from pasture raised chickens daily and my numbers are FANTASTIC. I fry them with coconut oil, add 28-56 grams of organic mozzarella cheese and beef. Sugar and high glycemic carbs is what you should be careful about.

They also state that it perfectly fine to genetically engineer foods so that the seeds died from the inside… FACT eat three eggs a day and sit on your ass you will die. Eat 3 eggs a day and exercise you'll be fine.

  20. do what u want. do Ur research but I think egg yolks hav a lot of nutrition, egg whites no. egg whites r acid forming (which makes them pro inflamatory), egg yolks (if eaten raw or soft) r not . egg yolks r high in th good HDL cholesterol not th bad LDL form.

    You know what. I took a blood test when I was about 18 years old (non-vegan) first year at cooking school in France and I had high cholesterol. I was 18!!!! And at that point I thought I was eating healthy, with the stuff they told us to eat. 18 now that's just fucked up!
    Thank god I went vegan. My cholesterol and other levels are all good now 😀
    Vegan for life!
