  15. Great . I will also start from tommorrow . Im a 10 to 6 job person. So i will carry makhana tossed in little ghee or sprouts with pomegranate seeds or peanuts and roasted chana or cheese slices .

    They have titled the campaign as "Effortless weight loss".
    It is not a diet plan but a lifestyle change. The more you eat , the more insulin gets secreted which is the cause for obesity and in turn leads to lifestyle disorders like high blood pressure, diabetes etc.

    Many people are following this and have had success after following for 2 or more months. 🙂
    People have lost weight and have turned from pre-diabetic state to non-diabetic with this simple change of eating 2 meals a day.

  37. Gulgandh is made of rose and honey ,indian rose jam can say like that but we can't eat more a table spoon, so sweet it is

  38. You only think of food in such meal plan oreover it will leave you exhausted at the end ..later even if you could sustain this, it might be frustrating when one won't see sinificant result.
    As for diabetes thyroid and other people this might look good as they might have stable blood sugar level…but that's not the cure for these disease.

  39. I feel like laughing watching this video . Because when I try to follow a diet it’s the same thing. But at least you will follow it well. You should see me. I keep weighing myself like as if some miracle will happen overnight . It’s like a comedy movie. And then when I pass some any haldiram snack packet, there goes my diet !!!😜
