  7. I have used quite a few weight reduction plans already but none of them offered me the final results just like I got because of this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) plan. Also I am not eating much as I was in the past, I still do not truly feel jittery or perhaps sense a crash Ever since applying the solutions stipulated in this particular program, I shed 15 lbs by now. .

I do not really get how you can mark all strategies of weight loss in a level of 1 to 8 and Ranveer if you really want to put out information please put out all the relevant information about Keto such as lack of nutrients and keto flu and ketosis. Also mind you Intermittent Fasting isn't actually a diet, it's a eating protocol and if you have a caloric deficit it will contribute to weight loss so IF isn't really a diet and the spike of HGH you get from IF isn't for a long term and isn't any beneficial at all. Please put out detailed information on each of the items on the higher side of your scale, as I'm sure the audience of your channel doesn't have the brains to go thoroughly through all of these on their own and what you are advising can sometime affect anyone in a negative way. Overall you tried hard to be a fitness YouTuber but fitness isn't something you have a solid grasp on. Your physique even at the best is just moderately athletic and moreover you do well in the fashion/entertainment world as I fear if you put half baked information like these out to millions of people that is going to affect you and your fanbase and perhaps that is why you left fitness video long ago

  12. I just want to say a big thanks to you. Earlier after trying out many diet regimens i had given up hope on any diet of sorts. But watching your video inspired me and i gave one last shot. I did IF with Keto for 10 days now and have easily lost 5 kgs. Now my weight loss goals dont seem so unrealistic anymore 🙂

  14. hi i followed your videos a lot and it helped me lose 10 kilos of pregnancy weight…i have suffered a fracture in my knee and am bedridden i am terrified that all tthose months of excercising all that hard work will go down the drain….i don't know whether i will be able to run again with a fractured knee or do aerobics…in a way u have been my fitness guru……please help !!!!!!!!!!
