Meal 1 (7am)
1/3 Cup 40g Oats with 2 packs of stevia (optional) I don’t use it, I’m fine with the taste of oats.
6-8 oz Liquid Egg Whites Up to 250ml (Scrambled) I add a bit of cinnamon – You cab buy liquid egg whites from tesco.

Meal 2 (10am)
5-6 oz 225g – 230g if weighed Raw Ground Chicken Breast Or thinly sliced chicken breast
1 cup any Green Vegetable 100g Broccoli
2 Slices of Ezekiel Bread with very little peanut butter (Optional)

Meal 3 (1pm)
1/3 Cup Brown Rice Or 1 Slice Ezekiel Bread
5-6 oz 225g – 230g if weighed Raw Lean Ground Turkey (Less than 10% fat)
1 cup any Green Vegetable

Meal 4 (4pm)
5-6 oz 220g Raw Any White Fish
1/3 Cup Brown Rice Or 1 Slice Ezekiel Bread
1/2 Cup any Green Vegetable 50g Broccoli

Meal 5 (7pm)
5-6 oz 225g – 230g if weighed Raw Ground Chicken Breast Or thinly sliced chicken breast
1 cup 100g any Green Vegetable or Mixed Salad
