  12. I constantly remind myself I’m not starving myself when I cut a plate in half (I used to be scared I’d become malnourished) because portions where I live are HUGE. As long as you’re stacking your plate with healthy, nutritious food you won’t go hungry.

  14. I'm obese at 78 kg I'm 180 cm and I have a light bone structure so my goal is 58-65 kg since I was between that weight 2 years ago. I fell into a great depression and didn't care for my health. Now I really regret it. If someone have any tips for me please let me know!

    “My grandfather told me the saying don’t live to eat. Eat to live.”
    This saying stuck with me because for the longest time I had an eating disorder. Well ever since I have heard that saying I have kept a good and he’s eating habit.

    I hope someone else who is struggling finds help in this saying too.

  23. i don't know how i ended up here. I am so glad that i never felt the urge to be a stick figure. I love food and i am a little overweight. that never stopped me from being loved and happy. How sad and pointless is our life if all we are doing is hating and guilt tripping ourselfes? To the young girls watching those kind of videos: Go away. You don't need that shit! You are NOT healthier just because you are thin. There are too many half-starved girls out there who are actually dying instead of being "beautiful and healthy" Never forget that there are rich old men who profits from our selfhate.

  24. This was very helpful! I’m currently 56 kg and I want to be 53 again, but my ultimate goal is 50 kg. I don’t know if it’s possible in a healthy way, but I’ll do my best!
