What it is I check my sugar in the morning I’m on tablets Type II I check my sugar in the morning about 10:08.AM Then got ready had breakfast made two eggs but more of the egg white then the big yellow omelette without any oil or butter and brown bread sandwich and then went to the gym after my one hour gym workout.
