  4. Dear sir/madam.. I have vitamin b12 deficiency 6 months ago I found it is around 180. My doctor suggest to me to take vit b12 injections. 1 injection per week. Totally 5 injections I took.
    Recently I tested my vit b12 is 240.
    But the symptoms are till continuing.

  31. Vit B complex is great.. and because its water soluable its not harmful like iron supplements. Everything she said is true..! I think it's best to keep dosage low however all these pills with 10-100 mg is wayyy to much. keep it to 1-3 micrograms a day. It just passes through you anyway.
