  1. What is the k2 D3 thing she is talking about? Potassium and vitamin D3? Or is I't something that the doc makes? Please let me know!

  2. IMHO: Dr. Eric Berg, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Fuhrman, Dr. John Bergman, ARE ALL LIFE SAVING "HEROES"!!!!!! THANK, YOU, ALL!!!!!

  3. Don't trust doctors. I have had a quadruple bypass and they put me me on drugs and i stopped drinking alcohol. They wanted me to have these for life, i weighed myself 130kg. Diabeties type 2, i went on a thing called a fat diet. I went down to 113kg but could not go less. My cardiologist had asked me why i had gained weight as if it were my fault, i came back to him that my medication and metforman and others. I checked my weight and it was 122kg in a doctors office. He wanted to give me more pills. I went on a keto diet following Mr berg and Mr. Bergman, i am down to 109kg but cannot go lower yet. I went on 3 liquid fasts for a week having vitamins and nutra bullet drinks. No bread or wheat products. No root vegies, no milk, walking. Ketones are now at 1.4 to 2.1. People are commenting on my weight loss. They are sick to death of me telling them what to eat.

  4. Celium husk can drop your blood sugar to normal as well as walking.

  5. Here's the deal. Doctors are treating the symptoms rather than the cause. I went low carb, while still taking 3 drugs, and dropped from 250 to 208 (6' 1" tall). Blood sugar a/1c down to 7.2 While this is not ideal, I'm positive that I'll begin stopping some of the drugs and simply using diet and weight as my guide. It's good to keep in mind that all these changes take time. Just because a change is made, it does not show an instant result. Using the history of my blood meter I should have shown an a1c of 6.7 rather than 7.2. When I asked my doctor about this he simply said, errors happen during blood work. Wonderful. lol My next step is going with more fat and even less carbs and see where that takes me.

  6. Thank you! I am Type II and doing Dr Bergs instructions my blood sugar is now in the 90’s! Down 17 pounds! Loved your story!

  7. Every human is an individual, we are not clones ; But the drug producers want us to believe if we Have certain symptom , They have a pill for it. Without study for ones self , they will not tell you how to get well. it is not in their interest. Thank you so much. I fasted for 9 days then went back to eating once a day without med's. my blood sugar is still way to high , I can bring it down with insulin, but that puts me back to gaining weight. how can I get off this tread mill?

  8. Dr Berg has excellent teaching skills , I learned a lot through him – and she is besides a inspiration- a awesome story teller 👍👍🙏❤️

  9. Thanks so much for your wonderful inspiration! Did you stop your medication and insulin based on your doctor’s advice or did you decide on your own. My doc is against reducing my insulin as they tell me fasting should be 80-100 and I am going on the Keto diet with almost nil carbs. Seems counterintuitive, Will it be okay to reduce my insulin (lantus long acting)?

  10. I luv your testimony, thank you

  11. Thanks a lot to this wonderful lady for sharing her story; I'm happy for her!
Thanks to Dr. Berg also for having this interesting interview.
Diabetes runs in my family for generations; from grandparent's come right down to me, my nieces, and nephews.
Just four months ago I was taking 2000 mg Glucophage daily. Since I put myself on a diet, am now taking only ONE 500 mg Glucophage with breakfast; very soon I shall also stop that one pill. Praise God!

  12. Was a pleasure watching this vid.

  20. Hmmm….why would this vid have ANY thumbs down?

  21. So the best thing is to stay away from grains like rice and breads? What else should one stay away from?

  22. What amazes me is knowing what she knew and the way the Dr was treating her she still went back to the same doctor.

  23. This woman is a person i would like to have dinner with 👍❤️

  24. Thank you for sharing this story… very motivating and inspiring!

  25. Amazing woman! You can tell Dr. Berg is a good listener. That is key. Wish our doctors would LISTEN to us more.

  26. Excellent Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried – Patlarny Sugar Outcome Principle (do a search on google)? It is a smashing one off product for reversing diabetes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cousin finally got amazing results with it.

  27. Wow this lady is amazing, she's had  to learn her stuff, like we all do, then we all come across Dr Berg and like Elaine says, watch Dr Bergs video's and learn more and more. Elaine you are amazing, Well done, you are what I call a real person, and it's amazing what you have done and achieved. Hopefully I'm on that road to zero medication. I would rather listen to you than any of my doctors, truly amazing and inspiring. Thank you for this video one of the best I've ever seen, are there any more of you both? would love to see more. When I saw the nurse who took my blood I started to talk about you and she was really interested and asked me questions, I gave her your name and she was going to look you up. Wait till I next go to the doctors.

  28. Thanks dr berg. I m binge watching your videos. Doing intermittent fasting from 2 days. I watch the videos to be motivated and be consistent in my endeavor. Ms Elaine you are a great motivator!

  29. Great video, I got a lot from this smart lady, thank you Dr for this interview

  30. Yes she is right been there and done it, I went keto and very little carbs and found my body produces insulin but small amounts and as long as I eat good fats and medium protein and remain off most off my insulin. I exercise by mountain biking and cycle 2hrs /day and take my sugars down to 1.8mmol but then I get live dump which brings it back to 4.5 and it stays that way body adjustment but no hypos and good control but it takes control so no carbs.

  31. In happy for you! Great for yout skepticism of doctors! Congrats
