How my shyness is now is that I sometimes get nervous when I talk to people I don't know that well. And when I get nervous, the words that come out of my mouth sound like jibber jabber. It's embarrasing! lol. It's worse when a group of people are standing around. Sometimes I get so nervous that I blank and forget what I was going to say.

  17. social anxiety-you mean being shy?
And I am shy, so do you think that my shyness could be a part of my ocd?
