जिन लोगो को ब्लड प्रेशर की शिकायत है उन लोगो को नमक की मात्र कम लेनी चाहिये और पानी की मात्र को ज्यादा लेनी चाहिये रोजाना 4 से 5 ग्लास पानी पिने से बी पी कभी नहीं होगा खाना खाने के 1 घंटे बाद हमें पानी पीना चाहिये खाना खाने से पहले या खाने के तुरंत पानी का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिये और हमेशा पानी की मात्र को बढ़ाये रखना चाहिये लौकी का जूस पिने से कभी भी बी पी नहीं होगी मोटापा thyroid ,cholesterol, hemoglobin ,अल्सर , दिल रोग , इन सभी बीमारियों से छुटकारा मिल जायेगा और लौकी की जूस सुबह – शाम पिने से ये बीमारी नहीं होती है ये सब घरेलू उपचार है हमें रोज प्रणायाम करना चाहिये इससे बी पी में सुधार होने लगता है
ध्यान मुद्रा में बैठकर हाथो की 4 थी ऊँगली को दबाने से इससे बी पी ठीक होता है ये ऊँगली तनाव इत्यादि को दूर करता हैं भगवान ने सारे उपचार हमारे हाथो में दिए है इस लिए हमें रोजाना योग करना चाहिये
