Hi! I’m a holistic nutritionist with an applied science background. In my 20s I used to be addicted to sugar and struggled with fighting sugar cravings all the time. After learning more about nutrition and working with many clients, I’ve figured out a few things that you can do to reduce sugar and beat the cravings as well.

Reducing your sugar intake is one of the first steps towards eating a healthier diet and I think it’s great that you’re watching this video to take a step in the right direction Try these tips and see if they work for you – I hope they do!

  4. I've struggled to much with my sugar addiction. I'd cut down on added sugar and then subconsciously eat more carbs. It's so difficult to overcome and often people make it seem like you're just lazy or making excuses but it's a legitimate addiction and like all addictions it's extremely difficult to overcome it. I'm still trying, thank you for this video

  8. I work at the grocery store featured in the beginning of the video. If you ever come to the one I work at I’ll say hi (m🍎m)

    I eat one dessert every day. Sometimes it’s not even worth it. I’m scared if I cut out sweets that I’ll never enjoy them (such as a birthday). But I know it’s not like that.
