  9. Great flexibility! I have been a fan for many years although I've not practiced. I'm now in my 60's and trying to get healthy.
    My question or challenge to you is can you make a beginner video with only the size of the mat plus 4 inches on either side?
    I live in a small motor home and don't have the room.

  16. It was a little more advanced than a lot of the night yoga videos I’ve tried… I liked this a lot and my body felt great after.

  17. Great routine! The background music could have been a bit softer though. I think it was a bit too upbeat for bedtime yoga.

  18. Not impressed. It’s not relaxing when she talks so fast and you can’t keep up.

  19. I am sorry but the music wasn't very inviting, and you speak too fast, we are trying to relax and go to sleep. But the routine is nice, maybe if you know it by heart and can shut the music.

  20. I felt like I was watching this video on fast forward, in a nightclub. The poses and sequence are nice enough but this video is awful and not for bedtime.

  21. It is impossible to relax with such a fast flow and upbeat music. Something more relaxing would be better for bedtime yoga. This would be a better morning routine….

  24. This is my go to video when I feel "wired" at night. I'll pause it to spend more time on areas that need it. Love it. It's not too long and it gives a good stretch to release tension. My 12 year old has also found it helpful to get asleep.

  25. How about some techno music with a frantic woman, in bright daylight and we'll call it "Routine for Deep Sleep". I think it'll be a hit! Whadya thank?

  27. I agree with everyone. I had to turn it off because the music was not calming for bedtime. Sweet teacher though.

  28. The purpose of her video was for DEEP SLEEP!!!!!! It works, I sleep well. You guys complain so much damn, if u don't like it watch other videos. Or do one better and make a video just like she did. I bet u can't.
