  32. Hmm with the more recent research I don't think some parts of this video are accurate.
    As for people out there who are seriously trying to lose weight, I would say try several different things for at least a few weeks at a time each and see what works best for you.
    If you have a hard time starting, I recommend counting your sugar(including from fruit), not the calories as much. It's very easy to go over the daily recommend amount of sugar(25g for most people). Also try drinking a glass of water half an hour before you eat and eat your source of fiber at the beginning of meals.
    Of course, exercise also plays an important role in weight loss and just staying healthy in general.
