Should you do cardio for fat loss?

Can we lose body fat without doing any cardio?

Which form of cardio is better, low intensity steady state (LISS) or high intensity interval training (HIIT)?

Those are common questions I get asked quite a lot. Here in this video I am sharing my experience with cardiovascular training and how I implement it in my routines.
