  4. This is legitimately a great video I hope reaches all diabetics. I'm a diabetic; tried the keto diet and ended up with huge cholesterol numbers as I lost weight, although the sugar levels decreased. Been eating vegan without much guidance since July 2018 and I had some success with keeping weight off but my blood sugar has gone up quite high. I think this video may have helped as I'll start decreasing my refined carbs and the fat intake through oils and see how that helps over time.

  6. Although i agreed with mushroom cancer health benefits but if you have kidney stones avoid vegetables like mushrooms because it can further worsen your illness, it's high in oxalate which can lead to formation of stone in your kidneys..otherwise you can eat them often.

This diet isn't much compatible with a keto diet which increases brain effectiveness the most (more growth hormone, higher testosterone, natural brain boosters and ketones are also essential for health and especially for men). There are many great points but i wouldn't change keto diet effects to anything else. But it serves well in modifying own diet into even more powerfull one 🙂 So a big thank you for so many great informations and hints (many already in use – by simple intuition and pieces of puzzles found elsewhere and intuition says to much green sound a bit to radical also but cutting all sugars is essential, some are healthy as stated but only in few a fruits or like ksylitol ). I wouldn't resign from eggs, cheese, butter, fasting fueled by ketones made of fats thou.

  21. If you increase your cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower or broccoli one should also increase iodine to help your body digest the cruciferous veggies. A good iodine source is seaweed and sea vegetables like kelp or spirulina etc.
