  4. I think it’s key to find one or 2 quick meals that you can always turn to if you’ve worked a long day and need food NOW! I always have canned salmon, greens and carrots and can make a filling salad in 5 minutes. Or switch out salmon for beans or tofu. Add some avocado or olive oil for healthy fat and I’m really satisfied. No need for fast food.

  5. Thanks for being truthful. I agree, any little thing sure does add up! I just wish I was genetically blessed.😂😄 Seems like whenever I eat even high quality carbs like sweet potato or brown rice, my weight pops up. These dang last 5-6 lbs are annoying! Extremely low carb is not long term sustainable for me. I think it’s my thyroid that keeps this water retention and extra few lbs on.😒
