  1. No, some of us don't care about losing FASTER… just losing. I HAVE to do the maximum weight loss or my weight won't budge.

  7. i stop non veg , processed food , any kind of sweet ,and too much oily things , i lost 20 pounds in 30 or more days i stop calculating and weight in . just adopt this life style.
    if u want to long term then u make habit. permanent change

  8. Yup 100% corect, make 2/3 starch beans n 1/3 fruit n veggie. Permanently loss weight and felt full & satisfy 😁, to boost make sos free!

  13. i became a vegan 5 years ago and i was not losing weight. so, i started reading the McDougall Maximum Weight Loss book about 4 months ago and oh…my…gosh… i have lost so much!!! i love it. i feel great, energetic, my skin is clear, yahoooooo!!! my knee pain is goneeeeeee, i just cannot stop believing how happy i feel… Hurrah for the McDougall Maximum Weight Loss program!

  15. Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that course has transformed my life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

  16. So I've started eating more rice and potatoes, but I can eat till fill and satisfied and be starving 1-2 hours later?!? Not sure what I'm doing wrong, do you find you eat more quanititues of food throughout the day on a starched based diet? I'm not even exercising much and this is happening.

  17. The keto diet is total opposite. I lost 22 lbs just eliminating processed foods (detox the poisons, water and inflammation) now I'm looking  to lose more but not sure what actually works for real fat loss

  20. Two thirds starch and one third green & yellow vegs. I just needed to hear that today. I'm using your, "Eat food less than 500 calories a pound". Fruit and and vegs are approximately 500 and 400 cal. I checked a jam spread and found it had 4,000 cal a pound. I don't touch that any more. You and Dr Lisle have improved my health. Thank you Dr McDougal.

  21. This video is definitely fantastic! It helps me recall of the time when my cousin used Fenoboci Diet Plan to lose 19 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Many people would like to lose fat, however we also need to remain healthy, and that's what Fenoboci Diet Plan given.

  22. The more I see this guy the more angry I get. Where's the research? Where is the hypothesis testing? This is just more of the calories in / calories out nonsense we've been hearing for years and years. Explain the human biology McDougall. What studies can you quote? Read Gary Taubes' Good Calories Bad Calories if you want to see how someone who understands research looks at this issue. You sound like another Dean Ornish. Take a look at the Stanford study that ranked the Ornish diet last in terms of heart health and weight loss.
