  2. Very good tips! I have been working on splits by lengthening hamstrings and elongating hip flexor. Now I can hold the block and slowing sinking into it but not completely yet. Of course I can’t do it cold, have to warm up muscle and oil joints before I can attempt. It is doable but takes persistence and patience. Also, relaxing the muscle and breathing into them really really really helps. I was skeptical when ppl said to do them in those how to be flexible videos. Now that I have tried and have seen my flexibility improved by leaps and bounds, I am a believer.
