  14. Question: Why do i yawn so often when i am practising yoga, and do more people do that ?
    And this one was again great. I surrenderd and cried when i hugged myself. It really opens up this journey. I feel so thankfull.

  25. Hi adriene! I was wondering if you could come up with a routine for people who have had knee surgery? Ive had an acl reconstruction and medial menisectomy and sometimes, some of the poses pulls at my knee and it hurts. I want to regain my muscle’s flexibility but dont want to hurt my knee

  26. I always come back to this yoga especially If I spend too much time seating Ahh the best deep stretch out there!! Always helps me with my lower back pain! Like magic!
