They offer me a lot of strength and also reduce my desire for foods, but I don`t quit once they wear off which I enjoy, and so they don`t make me jittery. I haven`t changed other things I`m doing and have dropped 7 lbs. .

  22. As a person who went from 187 lbs to 140 lbs, I can confirm what Liz is saying that you don’t have to stress about calories. Being on birth control made me gain weight super fast before i could even notice it. I started to make cleaner choices, instead of having a biscuit from McDonald’s or something I went for some oatmeal, or some yogurt with fruit, things like that. I cut off soda and sugary drinks and sticked with water and sometimes coffee or tea! And just by having a regular gym session every day or every other day. I didn’t push myself too much I didn’t beat myself up if I cheated sometimes, and sure enough the fitness thing started coming easier and easier until it didn’t feel like chore and more like a lifestyle!

    “Diet” is just a fancy term for what we eat on an everyday basis. Don’t let the word scare you.
