Yoga for Depression and Anxiety with Amy Patee

Join Amy Patee to learn one of the best restorative yoga postures you can do to alleviate the winter blues as well as mild anxiety. Additionally, this pose works to reverse the effects of slouch-asana (sitting at your desk all day hunched over a computer), and facilitates deep breathing, an open heart, healthy lungs, neck, and shoulders. Give it a try, you’ll be amazed by the results!

  1. Comments like this have caused a lot harm and prevented people from getting the help they need. Yoga, Qigong, Exercise, meditation, prayer and good diet are enough for many people to get through depression, One of the problems with depression, and severe depression in particular, is that you don't have the energy to THINK of doing the right things that help. Sometimes living clean still isn't enough to take care of depression. That said, Yoga is as good as any one of the meds I've taken.
