  8. Hey Adriene! My name is Carolyn and I just wanted to tell you that I love your videos I watch them everyday ! I have a suggestion for a video that I thought of today. I’m a student at the University of Texas at El Paso and I spend most of my time sitting down. I usually take my breaks from studying doing some yoga positions because sitting down all day can put a strain in my neck, shoulders and stiffness in my back. Also, sitting for prolonged periods of time can decreases blood circulation in the legs. My suggestion is if you can make a 15-20 minute video that combines roughly all four problems I previously mentioned that we students can use in between studying sessions to help us feel rejuvenated.

I've been needing to cry for the longest time, to get that emotional release, I used to be able to cry but over the last few years it hasn't been happening, something about this sequence has brought me to tears a couple of times and I just wanted to thank you for that because I've been trying for the longest time to release in that way and this is going some way towards that! I've only just discovered this video as I sometimes experience neck pain/frozen neck and feel a lot of pain in between my shoulder blades and regularly feel a tension in my left shoulder so have to click my neck/shoulder a lot sometimes to release it. I've been to my doctor a few times and he just gives me anti-inflammatory tablets that mask the pain, he has sent me for an X-ray but there is no bone issue damage. So I decided today while currently going through a patch of bad frozen neck pain that I would look up a yoga sequence I could use to ease it when it's bad and I fell into a youtube wormhole and thought of Y w/ A and I found it! Even just doing it once today I can feel a release in it so I will use this once a day to ease it while it's bad and keep it playlisted for later! Thank you for this video Adriene I love it and Benji the worlds best yoga assistant! <3
