  1. Loved this! Thanks for your influence!

  2. Hello from MONTREAL! Just finished my first Adriene video and ready to tackle the evening routine.Thank You!

  3. Adriene, what’s your best advice on practicing with a sprained muscle? Specifically, today, a sprained wrist slowed me down in even this simple practice.

  4. I am in a chair by necessity most of the day, and I came here hoping for some help with what I suspect is a pinched nerve. I followed your instructions from a chair, thinking I wasn't feeling any improvement. Boy, was I wrong! At the end of the video, I stood up, shook my arms out and stretched a little more. I felt instantly better, thank you so much! I never realized yoga could be done from a chair. You have a new fan here. (Benjii is adorable. And his sigh did come through quite clearly) BTW< love your sense of humor, keep it up! Off to subscribe!

  5. New subsciber and new to Yoga. You are my first instructor and as someone with screws in his hip I cannot express my gratitude for you and your videos. Yoga has begun to change my body, my thoughts and my life, you are the BOMB Adriene!

  6. that really helped. thanks a lot

  7. oh my gosh! I hold all my stress in my neck and shoulders and this just melted the strain right off. what an amazing yoga stretch!

  8. Hey Adriene! My name is Carolyn and I just wanted to tell you that I love your videos I watch them everyday ! I have a suggestion for a video that I thought of today. I’m a student at the University of Texas at El Paso and I spend most of my time sitting down. I usually take my breaks from studying doing some yoga positions because sitting down all day can put a strain in my neck, shoulders and stiffness in my back. Also, sitting for prolonged periods of time can decreases blood circulation in the legs. My suggestion is if you can make a 15-20 minute video that combines roughly all four problems I previously mentioned that we students can use in between studying sessions to help us feel rejuvenated.

  9. wha's so important about the breath? thanks Adriene for another great workout

  10. Thank you Adrienne having neck pain at the minute so just what I needed. You are a wonder 💕

  11. She almost got a deeper voice then me. I need to do some more yoga to work on my voice..

  12. I've been needing to cry for the longest time, to get that emotional release, I used to be able to cry but over the last few years it hasn't been happening, something about this sequence has brought me to tears a couple of times and I just wanted to thank you for that because I've been trying for the longest time to release in that way and this is going some way towards that! Truly thank you.

  13. I don't do yoga but no matter how long the video is I'm watching till the end because your voice is just so relaxing!

  14. That last stretch was the budniz!

  15. I’m having neck pain on only on side of my neck and it seems to be spreading into my back? Any advice

  16. Thank you Adriene as always! This really helped! My pain is at the top middle of my back and penetrates all the way through to my heart region. I truly appreciate this video!

  17. Thank you for these videos…..they are brill. I know very little yoga, quite flexible in some ways and iron- bound others. I'm not quite understanding the looping my shoulder blades/chest round my heart and seem to end up in quite a reversed pose! I'm Im following the back and hip video which is really helpful, and the neck and shoulders…..

  18. This really is a great practice. I can highly recommend it for anyone who works on their desks a lot. I’m currently writing my thesis and I’m returning to this video at least once a week! Thanks Adriene 🙏

  19. Thank You Adriene. You inspired me to make the extra effort to understand how to "subscribe" and "like" and "share" a youtube video. What ever I could do to help you keep reaching others with your precious and beautiful teaching is a true honor. Namaste.

  20. I've only just discovered this video as I sometimes experience neck pain/frozen neck and feel a lot of pain in between my shoulder blades and regularly feel a tension in my left shoulder so have to click my neck/shoulder a lot sometimes to release it. I've been to my doctor a few times and he just gives me anti-inflammatory tablets that mask the pain, he has sent me for an X-ray but there is no bone issue damage. So I decided today while currently going through a patch of bad frozen neck pain that I would look up a yoga sequence I could use to ease it when it's bad and I fell into a youtube wormhole and thought of Y w/ A and I found it! Even just doing it once today I can feel a release in it so I will use this once a day to ease it while it's bad and keep it playlisted for later! Thank you for this video Adriene I love it and Benji the worlds best yoga assistant! <3

  21. Adrienne what breed is Benji? He is so peaceful and adorable.
