  5. Hi Sarah! I couldn't find your e-mail so i'm going to say what i need in here and hope that you'll read it. I've been following your channel for a while without subscribing to youtube but i did to keep up with it, it helped my trough a lot, dealing with tension and anxiety specially, and i wanted to thank you very much for that! I don't have time to do yoga classes with a yoga instructor and you've saved me lots of time and energy with your channel, i wake up 6 am everyday and always try to do a little bit of yoga so i can start my day better but i have very little time so i would like to ask you to do some 8 to 12 minutes deep stretches yoga routine videos, i'm very tense of my shoulders, neck and upper back when i get up and i've been doing the yoga for better backbending routine everyday (8 minutes), it's the only video that is quick and i feel relaxed after doing it, also i would like to ask you for a video of focusing, or to increase better breathing, like an static yoga, almoust meditation. The last minutes of your videos keep me very relaxed. I would like to thank you again for having this amazing idea and being such a loving, kind person that dedicates time to help the others. Namaste!
