  5. Hi Lauren. First time for me this morning and i'm already feeling relaxed just listening to your beautiful calming voice. I found this exercise wonderful and now feel ready for the day. I'm 65 and still amazed at the positions i can reach at this early stage. Thankyou, i will continue daily.

  13. I've been feeling really down for 3 weeks and with over sleeping & sitting on the sofa doing nothing all day my body started to ache. This video helped me to feel less tense, I'm surprised it worked so well! I feel a lot better now so thank you, felt like 5 minutes rather than nearly 20 🙂 thank you

  14. This is a wonderful, simple effective practice. It does exactly what it says: deals with stress, anxiety and depression. I try to do it every night before bed, and I always leave my mat feeling so relaxed and de-pressurized. Lauren has done a great job putting this together. Even the singing parts 😉

  16. I got fired from my job two weeks ago and found myself angry and completely unhappy. I decided that I needed to calm down so I googled "beginning yoga" and found Yoga TX. Since then, I've been a lot less stressed and feel generally more peaceful. I never thought I'd consider practicing yoga, but I'm glad I did! These videos are fantastic and the teachers are great!
