  1. believe it or not, Stress and Panic attack disorder an be treated with anulom- vilom bharaamri and udgeet. you consult Psychiatrists and Psychologists and they will scare you that this disease that you have is going bad, they will hand you extreme sedatives which is bad for health but just believe in yourself and do yoga daily for 1 hour and all the stress anxiety will go away within months. Hm stress me rhte hai Bcoz mere lyf me bohot problems hai but hm kosis krte hai kisi vi tarah shant rhne ka sone ka but mere ghar me all time shor rhta hai phone me vi kutte ki tarah chilla chilla kr bat krte hai kavi TV kavi gana kuch na kuch laga rhta hai. Jb hm sona chahenge but hmko aur jyada paresan krte hai n hmko sound me bilkul nhi so pate mera nind kharab ho jata hai. N nind kharab hone se hmko aur Gussa aata hai Bcoz nind complete nhi hone se mere leg me pain hona start ho jata hai.. Hm tang aa chuke hai chahe khudki Jaan Le lenge ya ghar walo ki.. Please aisa upay exercise bataea ki hm shor me vi so sake.

  25. Yoga cannot help fight depression. It is all blind faith. It is difficult to "cure" depression (especially after suffering from long time) but it can be kept under control. For anxiety start with cognitive behavioural therapy. Visit a good psychiatrist. Talk to me if you want to. I will try my best to help.
